Little Superior (Black Knob)

Little Superior is the peak along the Cottonwood ridgeline between Mount Superior and Cardiff Peak. Sometimes called Black Knob due to the color of the rock, Little Superior is a landmark when accessing runs off Superior.

Getting to Little Superior

Follow the directions to Cardiff Pass from the Central Alta trailhead. From the pass, traverse the ridge westward to the summit of Little Superior (this does require some booting).
