Stupid Chute is above Thousand Turns Gully in the Twin Lakes drainage. Stupid's proximity to Brighton's Milly chairlift draws people into it who may be, well, not so smart. (See a macro view of Stupid Chute.)
Ride Brighton's Milly chairlift, boot the ridgeline to the top of Mount Millicent, ski down the ridgeline to Stupid Chute, and ski Stupid Chute. From there you can either ski Thousand Turns Gully or Figure 8 Hill and return to Brighton by staying skier's right of the Twin Lakes Reservoir. This can be done without climbing skins.
Optionally, you can skin to the bottom of Stupid Chute from Milly and then skin or boot directly up the chute.
