Nondairy Creamer is the first run on the skier's right side of Rochester Ridge. It is low-angle and would be perfect beginner's terrain if it was easier to ascend Rochester Ridge when returning to Brighton. Nondairy Creamer can be sun or wind affected due to its southwestern aspect.
Follow the directions to Rochester Ridge (probably via a "bump" on Brighton's Great Western chairlift).
Nondairy Creamer is the first run on the skier's right side of Rochester Ridge. You can ski it
immediately after leaving the trees on the ridge or continue down the ridge and ski the wide-open slope.
