The South Side Shuffle is a run above Park City's Western Boundary run. It might even be in-area.

Due to its southerly aspect, the South Side Shuffle can be crusty.

There is a rope across the run at about neck-height (it is an avalanche bomb trolley). Don't strangle yourself on it.

Getting to South Side Shuffle

NOTICE: As with accessing the Murdock Peak area from the Super Condor chairlift, it may be illegal to duck the rope as explained here. It isn't my intent to encourage illegal behavior...

From the Canyons Village, ride the Orange Bubble chairlift, and then ride the Super Condor chairlift. From the top of the Super Condor chairlift, ski about 1,000 feet straight ahead to the backcountry gate that provides access to what Park City calls Murdock Bowl (the location of Murdock Peak on the Park City trail map is a bit creative).

Boot up the trail for about 10 minutes until you reach a flattish area (there is a ski patrol toboggan here). Duck under the rope on your left and ski back toward the Canyons Village.
