Caribou Basin is a drainage on the backside of the Brighton ski area. It is located in Wasatch County, is west of Brighton's Great Western chairlift (i.e., Clayton Peak), and is separated from the Snake Creek drainage by Rochester Ridge.

You can ski Caribou Basin from the top of Clayton Peak (it is cliffy), by dropping into the headwall at the top of Caribou Basin from Brighton's Western Trail cat track, or from the east side of Rochester Ridge (including The Other Runs and The Other Other Runs).
